SEC. 109. DENIAL OF MULTIYEAR PROCUREMENT AUTHORIZATION. The Secretary of the Navy may not enter into a multiyear procurement contract under section 2306(h) of title 10, United States Code, for the F/A-18C/D aircraft program.
