SEC. 139. C-135 AIRCRAFT PROGRAM. (a) Fiscal Year 1994 Funds.—Of the funds authorized to be appropriated in section 103 for procurement of aircraft for the Air Force for fiscal year 1994, $48,000,000 shall be available for reengining two KC—135E aircraft. (b) Fiscal Year 1993 Funds.—Of the funds available for C-135 series aircraft modifications for fiscal year 1993 that remain available for obligation, $100,900,000 snail be available for reengining four KC-135E aircraft.
