SEC. 151. ALQ-135 JAMMER DEVICE. Section 182(b)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101–510; 104 Stat. 1508) is amended by striking out “meets or exceeds all operational criteria established for the program” and inserting in lieu thereof “is operationally effective and suitable”.
