SEC. 2831. MODIFICATION OF LAND CONVEYANCE, NEW LONDON, CONNECTICUT. (a) Conveyance Without Consideration.—Subsection (a) of section 2841 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1992 (division B of Public Law 102–190; 105 Stat. 1557) is amended by inserting after “convey” the following: “, without consideration,”. (b) Conforming Amendments.—Such section is further amended— (1) in subsection (b), by striking out paragraph (4); (2) by striking out subsection (c); and (3) by redesignating subsections (d) and (e) as subsections (c) and (d), respectively.
