SEC. 802. REPORT ON SOVIET PRESS MANIPULATION IN THE UNITED STATES. (a) Repeal.— Section 147 of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Years 1986 and 1987 (Public Law 99–93; 99 Stat. 426) is repealed. (b) Conforming Amendment.— Section 1(b) of that Act is amended by striking the item in the table of contents relating to section 147.
