SEC. 803. SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES CONTROL ACT. The Subversive Activities Control Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. 781 and following) is amended— (1) by repealing sections 1 through 3, 5, 6, and 9 through 16; and (2) in section 4— (A) by repealing subsections (a) and (f); (B) by redesignating subsections (b) through (e) as subsections (a) through (d), respectively, (C) in subsection (a), as so redesignated, by striking “or an officer” and all that follows through “section 3 of this title”; and (D) in subsection (b), as so redesignated, by striking “, or any officer” and all that follows through “section 3 of this title,”.
