OIL SPILL TRAINING SIMULATOR.
SEC. 308. OIL SPILL TRAINING SIMULATOR. The Secretary of Transportation is authorized to expend out of the amounts appropriated for acquisition, construction, and improvement not more than $1,250,000 to the Maritime College of the State of New York to purchase a marine oil spill management simulator.
