NATIONAL SAFE BOATING WEEK.
SEC. 318. NATIONAL SAFE BOATING WEEK. (a) The Act of June 4, 1958 (36 U.S.C. 161) is amended by striking “week commencing on the first Sunday in June” and inserting “the seven day period ending on the last Friday before Memorial Day”. (b) This section is effective January 1, 1995.
