SEC. 420. DELIVERY TO DISTRICT COURT. (a) Repeal.— Section 10707 of title 46, United States Code, is repealed. (b) Amendment to Chapter Analysis.— The analysis at the beginning of chapter 107 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 10707.
