SEC. 421. DISPOSAL OF FORFEITURES. Section 11505 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking the last sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “The balance shall be transferred to the appropriate district court of the United States when the voyage is completed.”; and (2) in subsection (b), by striking the first sentence.
