SEC. 221. LIMITATION ON DISMANTLEMENT OF INTERCONTINENTAL BALLISTIC MISSILES. Funds authorized to be appropriated in this Act may not be obligated or expended for deactivating or dismantling intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) of the United States below that number of such missiles that is necessary to support 500 deployed intercontinental ballistic missiles until 180 days after the date on which the Secretary of Defense has submitted to the congressional defense committees a report on the results of a nuclear posture review being conducted by the Secretary.
