SEC. 222. LIMITATION ON OBLIGATION OF FUNDS FOR SEISMIC MONITORING RESEARCH. Funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act that are made available for seismic monitoring of nuclear explosions may not be obligated for a project unless the project is authorized in a plan approved by the review group established pursuant to Presidential Decision Directive 18 (dated December 20, 1993).
