SEC. 3132. DEFENSE INERTIAL CONFINEMENT FUSION PROGRAM. Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this title to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 1995, $176,473,000 shall be available for the defense inertial confinement fusion program.
