SEC. 3135. PROTECTION OF WORKERS AT NUCLEAR WEAPONS FACILITIES. Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by section 3102 for environmental restoration and waste management activities, $11,000,000 shall be available to carry out activities authorized under section 3131 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1992 and 1993 (Public Law 102–190; 105 Stat. 1571; 42 U.S.C. 7274d), relating to worker protection at nuclear weapons facilities.
