SEC. 3159. EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY TO LOAN PERSONNEL AND FACILITIES AT IDAHO NATIONAL ENGINEERING LABORATORY. Section 1434 of the National Defense Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1989 (Public Law 100–456; 102 Stat. 2074), as amended by section 3136 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1993 (Public Law 102–484; 106 Stat. 2641), is further amended— 108 STAT. 3094 (1) in the third sentence of subsection (a)(3), by striking out “fiscal years 1993 and 1994” and inserting in lieu thereof “fiscal years 1993,1994, 1995, 1996, and 1997”; and (2) in subsection (c), by striking out “September 30, 1994, with respect to the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory” and inserting in lieu thereof “September 30, 1997, with respect to the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory”.
