SEC. 3062. REPEAL OF REQUIREMENTS REGARDING PRODUCT EVALUATION ACTIVITIES. (a) Repeal.— Section 2369 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. 108 STAT. 3337 (b) Clerical Amendment.— The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 139 of such title is amended by striking out the item related to section 2369.
