SEC. 3063. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ACQUISITION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. Section 2386 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out paragraphs (3) and (4) and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “(3) Technical data and computer software. “(4) Releases for past infringement of patents or copyrights or for unauthorized use of technical data or computer software.”.
