LICENSE FEES.

SECTION 1. LICENSE FEES. Section 3(b) of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, 1930 (7 U.S.C. 499c(b)), is amended by— (1) in the third sentence, striking out “$300, plus $150” and inserting in lieu thereof “$400, plus $200”; and (2) in the fourth sentence, striking out “$3,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$4,000”.
