SEC. 604. MICROLOAN PROGRAM AMENDMENTS. Section 7(m)(9)(B) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(m)(9)(B)) is amended— (1) by inserting “and loan guarantees” after “for loans”; and (2) by inserting after “experienced microlending organizations” the following: “and national and regional nonprofit organizations that have demonstrated experience in providing training support for microenterprise development and financing.”.
