SEC. 605. TECHNICAL CLARIFICATION. (a) Defense Conversion.—Section 7(a)(21)(A) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(a)(21)(A)) is amended by striking “under the” and inserting “on a guaranteed basis under the”. (b) Additional Technical Clarification.—Section 204 of Public Law 94–305 (15 U.S.C. 634d) is amended by striking “section 202” and inserting “this title”.
