SEC. 2310. OFFICE OF EXPORT TRADE. Section 104 of the Export Trading Company Act of 1982 (15 U.S.C. 4003) is amended by adding at the end the following: “The office shall establish a program to encourage and assist the operation of other export intermediaries, including existing and newly formed export management companies.”.
