DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 108. DEFINITIONS. For the purposes of this title: (1) The term “State” means the State of Connecticut. (2) The term “Corridor” means the Quinebaug and Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor under section 3. (3) The term “Governor” means the Governor of the State of Connecticut. (4) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior. (5) The term “regional planning organizations” means each of the three regional planning organizations established by Connecticut State statute chapter 127 and chapter 50 (the Northeastern Connecticut Council of Governments, the Windham Regional Planning Agency or its successor, and the108 STAT. 4756 Southeastern Connecticut Regional Planning Agency or its successor).
