AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 109. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There is authorized to the appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this title: Provided, That not more than $200,000 shall be appropriated for fiscal year 1995, and not more than $250,000 annually thereafter shall be appropriated for the Secretary to carry out his duties under this title for a period not to exceed seven years: Provided further, That the Federal funding for the Corridor shall not exceed 50 percent of the total annual costs for the Corridor.
