Sec. 316. The Librarian of Congress shall enter into an agreement with the President of the University of Nevada, Reno for the purpose of assisting in the establishment of the Great Basin Intergovernmental Center. The Great Basin Intergovernmental Center is authorized to accept contributions from Federal sources. The Center may also receive contributions both in-kind and cash from private and other non-Federal sources. This Act may be cited as the “Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1994”.
