ARCHITECT OF THE CAPITOL Library Buildings and Grounds structural and mechanical care For all necessary expenses for the mechanical and structural maintenance, care and operation of the Library buildings and grounds, $9,974,000, of which $1,341,000 shall remain available until expended: Provided, That, subject to approval by the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, the Librarian of Congress may transfer from any appropriation under the heading “Library of Congress” amounts not to exceed in the aggregate $3,200,000 to the appropriation “Architect of the Capitol, Library buildings and grounds, Structural and mechanical care, No Year” to complete the renovation and restoration of the Thomas Jefferson and Jonn Adams buildings.
