SEC. 301. COMMITTEE FOR PURCHASE FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND OR SEVERELY DISABLED. Section 1 of the Act entitled “An Act to Create a Committee on Purchases of Blind-made Products, and for other purposes”, approved June 25, 1938 (commonly known as the Wagner-O’Day Act; 41 U.S.C. 46) is amended by striking “From People Who Are Blind and Severely Disabled” and inserting “From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled”.
