SEC. 302. INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES EDUCATION ACT. Section 631(a) of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. 1431(a)) is amended by redesignating the second paragraph (8), as added by section 912(a) of the Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1992 (Public Law 102–569), as paragraph (9).
