SEC. 214. DEVELOPMENT OF LASER PROGRAM. Of the amount authorized to be appropriated by section 201(2), $9,000,000 shall be used for the development by the Naval High Energy Laser Office of a continuous wave, superconducting radio frequency free electron laser program.
