SEC. 215. NAVY MINE COUNTERMEASURES PROGRAM. Section 216(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1992 and 1993 (Public Law 102–190; 105 Stat. 1317) is amended— (1) by striking out “Director, Defense Research and Engineering” and inserting in lieu thereof “Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology”; and (2) by striking out “fiscal years 1995 through 1999” and inserting in lieu thereof “fiscal years 1996 through 1999”.
