SEC. 1333. REVISED GOAL FOR ALLIED SHARE OF COSTS FOR UNITED STATES INSTALLATIONS IN EUROPE. Section 1304(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995 (Public Law 103–337; 108 Stat. 2890) is amended— (1) by inserting “(1)” after “so that”; and (2) by inserting before the period at the end the following: “, and (2) by September 30, 1997, those nations have assumed 42.5 percent of such costs”.
