SEC. 1335. COOPERATIVE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS WITH NATO ORGANIZATIONS. Section 2350b(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by inserting “or a NATO organization” after “a participant (other than the United States)”; and (2) in paragraph (2), by striking out “a cooperative project” and inserting in lieu thereof “such a cooperative project or a NATO organization”.
