SEC. 1078. SCOPE OF EDUCATION PROGRAMS OF COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF THE AIR FORCE. (a) Limitation to Members of the Air Force.— Section 9315(a)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “for enlisted members of the armed forces” and inserting in lieu thereof “for enlisted members of the Air Force”. (b) Effective Date.— The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to enrollments in the Community College of the Air Force after March 31, 1996.
