SEC. 204. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES. Section 103 of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 (7 U.S.C. 1703) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(2)(A)— (A) by striking “a recipient country to make”; and (B) by striking “such country” and inserting “the appropriate country”; (2) in subsection (c), by striking “less than 10 nor”; and (3) in subsection (d)— (A) by striking “recipient country” and inserting “developing country or private entity”; and (B) by striking “7” and inserting “5”.
