SEC. 205. USE OF LOCAL CURRENCY PAYMENT. Section 104 of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 (7 U.S.C. 1704) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking “recipient country” and inserting “developing country or private entity”; and (2) in subsection (c)— (A) by striking “recipient country” each place it appears and inserting “appropriate developing country”; and (B) in paragraph (3), by striking “recipient countries” and inserting “appropriate developing countries”.
