AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 8004. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 20 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 631) is amended by adding the following at the end of subsection (z): “There are hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Administration for each of fiscal years 1988 and 1989, $3,500,000 to carry out the provisions of section 22 of this Act and section 8011 of the Small Business International Trade and Competitiveness Act, of which $350,000 is authorized to reimburse volunteers in the Service Corps of Retired Executives for their expenses in performing on-site counseling to actual or potential small business exporters, in participating in training sessions for such small businesses, and in preparing materials for use at such training sessions or during counseling.”.
