SEC. 812. UNITED STATES CUSTOMS SERVICE. (a) In General.— There are authorized to be appropriated for the activities of the United States Customs Service, to help meet the increased needs of the United States Customs Service— (1) $8,000,000 for fiscal year 1997; (2) $8,000,000 for fiscal year 1998; (3) $8,000,000 for fiscal year 1999; and (4) $7,000,000 for fiscal year 2000. (b) Availability of Funds.— Funds made available pursuant to subsection (a), in any fiscal year, shall remain available until expended.
