SEC. 813. IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICE. (a) In General.— There are authorized to be appropriated for the activities of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, to help meet the increased needs of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, including the detention and removal of alien terrorists, $5,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000. (b) Availability of Funds.— Funds made available pursuant to subsection (a), in any fiscal year, shall remain available until expended.
