SEC. 817. UNITED STATES PARK POLICE. (a) In General.— There are authorized to be appropriated for the activities of the United States Park Police, to help meet the increased needs of the United States Park Police, $500,000 for each of the fiscal years 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000. (b) Availability of Funds.— Funds made available pursuant to this section, in any fiscal year, shall remain available until expended.
