SEC. 818. THE JUDICIARY. (a) In General.— There are authorized to be appropriated to the Federal judiciary, to help meet the increased demands for judicial branch activities, including supervised release, and pretrial and probation services, resulting from the enactment of this Act— (1) $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1997; (2) $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1998; (3) $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1999; and (4) $11,000,000 for fiscal year 2000. (b) Availability of Funds.— Funds made available pursuant to this section, in any fiscal year, shall remain available until expended.
