SEC. 2801. INCREASE IN CERTAIN THRESHOLDS FOR UNSPECIFIED MINOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. (a) O&M Funding for Projects.— Section 2805(c)(1)(B) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “$300,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$500,000”. (b) O&M Funding for Reserve Component Facilities.— Subsection (b) of section 18233a of such title is amended by striking out “$300,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$500,000”. (c) Notification for Expenditures and Contributions for Reserve Component Facilities.— Subsection (a)(1) of such section 18233a is amended by striking out “$400,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$1,500,000”.
