REDESIGNATION OF NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM.

SEC. 2802. REDESIGNATION OF NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM. (a) Redesignation.— Subsection (b) of section 2806 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “North Atlantic Treaty Organization Infrastructure program” and inserting in lieu thereof “North Atlantic Treaty Organization Security Investment program”. (b) References.— Any reference to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Infrastructure program in any Federal law, Executive order, regulation, delegation of authority, or document of or pertaining to the Department of Defense shall be deemed to refer to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Security Investment program. (c) Clerical Amendments.— (1) The section heading of such section is amended to read as follows: “§2806. Contributions for North Atlantic Treaty Organizations Security Investment”. (2) The table of sections at the beginning of subchapter I of chapter 169 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out the item relating to section 2806 and inserting in lieu thereof the following new item: “2806. Contributions for North Atlantic Treaty Organizations Security Investment.”. (d) Conforming Amendments.— (1) Section 2861(b)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “North Atlantic Treaty Organization Infrastructure program” and inserting in lieu thereof “North Atlantic Treaty Organization Security Investment program”. (2) Section 21(h)(1)(B) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2761(h)(1)(B)) is amended by striking out “North Atlantic Treaty Organization Infrastructure Program” and inserting in lieu 110 STAT. 2788thereof “North Atlantic Treaty Organization Security Investment program”.
