SEC. 2816. PLAN FOR UTILIZATION, RE UTILIZATION, OR DISPOSAL OF MISSISSIPPI ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall submit to the congressional defense committees a plan for the utilization, reutilization, or disposal of the Mississippi Army Ammunition Plant, Hancock County, Mississippi.
