WESTCHESTER COUNTY AIRPORT, NEW YORK.

SEC. 1206. WESTCHESTER COUNTY AIRPORT, NEW YORK. Notwithstanding sections 47107(b) and 47133 of title 49, United States Code, and any other law, regulation, or grant assurance, all fees received by Westchester County Airport in the State of New York may be paid into the treasury of Westchester County pursuant to section 119.31 of the Westchester County Charter if the Secretary finds that the expenditures from such treasury for the capital and operating costs of the Airport after December 31, 1990, nave been and will be equal to or greater than the fees that such treasury receives from the Airport.
