SEC. 1207. BEDFORD AIRPORT, PENNSYLVANIA If the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration decommissions an instrument landing system in Pennsylvania, the Administrator may transfer and install the system at Bedford Airport, Pennsylvania.
