SEC. 302. FUNDING FOR ENHANCED ENFORCEMENT PRIORITY. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Commission, for the enforcement of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, not more than $20,000,000 in each of fiscal years 1997 and 1998, in addition to any funds authorized to be appropriated to the Commission for this or other purposes.
