SEC. 109. INCREASED ACCESS TO FOREIGN BUSINESS INFORMATION. Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Commission shall adopt rules under the Securities Act of 1933 concerning the status under the registration provisions of the Securities Act of 1933 of foreign press conferences and foreign press releases by persons engaged in the offer and sale of securities.
