SEC. 310. QUEENSWAY BAY, CALIFORNIA.Section 4(e) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1988 (102 Stat. 4016) is amended by adding at the end the following: “In addition, the Secretary shall perform advance maintenance dredging in the Queensway Bay Channel, California, at a total cost of $5,000,000. The Secretary shall coordinate with Federal and State agencies the establishment of suitable dredged material disposal areas.”.
