SEC. 311. SEVEN OAKS DAM, CALIFORNIA.The non-Federal share for a project to add water conservation to the Seven Oaks Dam, authorized as part of the project for flood control, Santa Ana River Mainstem, California, by section 401(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (100 Stat. 4113), shall be 100 percent of separable first costs and separable operation, maintenance, and replacement costs associated with the water conservation purpose.
