SEC. 314. CAPTIVA ISLAND, FLORIDA.The project for shoreline protection, Captiva Island, Lee County, Florida, authorized pursuant to section 201 of the Flood Control Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 1962d–5; 79 Stat. 1073), is modified to direct the Secretary to reimburse the non-Federal interest for beach nourishment work carried out by such interest as if such work occurred after execution of the agreement entered into pursuant to section 215 of the Flood Control Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 1962d–5a) with respect to such project if the Secretary determines that such work is compatible with the project.
