SEC. 321. KASKASKIA RIVER, ILLINOIS.The project for navigation, Kaskaskia River, Illinois, authorized by section 101 of the River and Harbor Act of 1962 (76 Stat. 1175), is modified to add fish and wildlife and habitat restoration as project purposes.
